The Pittsburgh Penguins led the league in shots per game this regular season at 33.2, meaning if they had been on the ice along with the Flyers tonight, we barely would have broken even on shot attempts.

Ovechkin played really terrifyingly well, by the way. He was two shots and hits short of a double-double, and that's scary to think about. If Neuvirth isn't playing lights out, we lose even if we play only very good hockey.

I really don't get the whole sing-songing the goalie in a 0-0 game. Its not just philly though, I've noticed it happen a lot in recent years. It makes no sense.

We're doing alright, not enough traffic in front of the net and trying to be a little too perfect with passing. Shoot and take away the sightline of the goalie.
