he seems to be a hard luck loser this year
Hard to call a guy with a 4.23 ERA a hard luck loser. Not expecting him to be an ace, but you should get better than that from a guy that's making $13.25m a year.

NESN Red Sox broadcaster Jerry Remy
BOSTON (CBS) – Jerry Remy will be back in the booth for Red Sox games next week.
The day after NESN announced he would be out for at least another week, Remy took to Twitter to let fans know he would be back next Tuesday when Boston host the Colorado Rockies at Fenway Park.
“Good news! Doctors have have given me clearance to return to the booth Tuesday-thanks for your support-I look forward to getting back-Jerry,” he Tweeted out.
The NESN color commentator had been out since May 28 with what he originally said was his annual allergy issues. A few days later, Remy revealed he would be out with pneumonia and hasn’t returned to the broadcast booth since.
The 60-year-old Remy missed most of the 2009 season after undergoing treatment for lung cancer in 2008. In April, he revealed that he again underwent treatment for cancer during Spring Training.
Thanks for all your thoughts-I assure you I'm OK and will be back soon-although it looks like #RedSox are doing fine without me!-Jerry—
