St. Louis Rams DE Robert Quinn collected a sack, forced fumble, fumble recovery and his first career touchdown on the same play to cap the Rams' scoring in a 42-21 win over the Chicago Bears. Quinn's sack was his NFC-leading 13th of the season.

yah....Im not good at nicknames

So as a team, were doing well as far as total sacks(33), but whats really impressive is the amount of forced fumbles we have so far(19). Quinn leading the team with 13 sacks and 6 ff. Our defense is scoring some points........ bout time!!!!:clap::clap:

I'm most happy with with the fact that Quinn has been better against the run this year. We all nknew when he was drafted that he was raw but could always get to the QB. He's now become more of a complete player though. He doesn't get caught out of position as often on cut back runs, sweeps or screen passes. He's no longer just a get up the field quickly type of player.

The scary thing is that he can still get better.

Yeah, there's a lot of talent on this team now, and there's a very good chance we'll see a good infusion of talent again in the next draft.

And the Rams fighting their way up through the NFC West should be epic. This could be another NFC East in the 80s and early 90s - if you get through it you are in great shape to win a Super Bowl. Let's face it, even the Cards are a above average to good team and getting better.

I am REALLY looking forward to the next few years.

:agree: we will see some great inter division games over the rest of this season and beyond.

In camp this year, Rosey Grier made a visit and actually worked with the DL showing them moves using his cane.

In that article it was reported they already had a nickname for themselves.

The Elite Eight.

Good enough for me! :yahoo:
