A big issue is assembling a team of hitters that are streaky. I can’t blame Jerry for the staff, as good as they have been if you look at in totality the projected staff for the year has been decimated with injuries, we just didn’t really acknowledge it because Castillo, Kirby and Gilbert didn’t get hurt. Not many team can lose two of their starters and still have a great staff nor lose a bunch of guys who were suppose to help in the bullpen.

At this point in his career I honestly believe he should be a DH as he misses a ton of time each season from injuries.

At least as a DH you should get a full 162 games from him or close.

He is at that age where ballplayers really start to drop off.
