The road series on either side of that homestand isn't a gimme either.

If they end up north of .500 across the next 4 series they are playing solid ball.

The athletics are giving them all they can handle tonight knotted at 4’s in the seventh.

Nothing wrong with playing . 500 baseball as you don’t really lose all that much room in the standings unless another team pulls off a 10-0 run.

The Oakland A’s are no joke this season they’ve got themselves a baseball team decent reliever a couple good starting pitchers, including Severino tonight and a pretty solid defense and a few guys that can really knock the cover off the ball

It’s totally strange to see the stadium nearly packed for a Weekday athletics game

I’m actually happy for them getting to play in front of a crowd at home for a change

I just hope we win the series at a minimum then I’m OK with it

The last three innings of the Mariners game just popped on to Ohio MLB TV, which is a nice treat

Have watched just about five minutes of baseball and all I can conclude is Snider has a really shitty slider

Every time he throws it to a batter, it just spins and hangs in the strike zone like it’s Tee’d up. He really needs someone to teach him how to throw a different breaking pitch than that that one. It will just not get major league hitters out.

One pitch one out with Foolio at the plate leading off the bottom of the seventh.

Mariners down by a run now he needed to figure out a way to get on base somehow someway even a patient at bat getting walked.

But no stupid Foolio gets jammed swinging at the first pitch up and in, way out of the strike zone and a weak ass pop up to the first baseman

He seriously needs to be benched and learn how to play baseball as a teammate. He has no concept of a productive at bat and what you need to do in different situations. It’s all about him.

he’s gritty and a pretty tough out and he can get the battle on the ball and spray it around and force the defense. They have to make a play on him or just like the Texas Lea or he just hit into short right field to tie the game got jammed and still put the ball and play scored a run.

Julio only swang at the first pitch that was a foot off the plate and ignored the rest of them.

Didn't turn into any runs, but his walking to allow Cal a shot was the best thing he could have done at that time. He's just not able to deliver putting a ball in play.
