Sad days for us Sixer fans. First was Dawkins and now Malone. I was lucky enough to see Moses play a few times at the old Spectrum. Malone, Dr. J, Mo Cheeks, etc. Those were the good ole days for Sixers basketball. Some day hopefully we can get back to being competitive again, RIP Mo.

Only thing I've seen is he passed in his sleep.

RIP. Great great player. He gets overlooked a bit I feel and I'm not quite sure why. Maybe its because he got traded a few times so he's not iconic with one place or maybe its just he didn't seem as outgoing media wise as others from his time.

He was the first to make the high school to NBA jump and was completely unpolished when it came to the media. His early interviews were brutal. He barely sounded literate even though he was apparently a pretty bright dude. I think he just shied away from the media after that.
