Beavers Suck
Hey all,
I've been thinking of selling my 22-250 and possibly buying a 223 or 243. But the reason I'd sell my 22-250 would be due to the lack of ammo. And when I do find it, it's not the cheapest to buy.
With the 223, I really think it's a hair too small. I know it'd take down coyotes/fox and the like, but it would be quite a bit more difficult to take down a deer. And it's range isn't great.
With the 243, I think I'm in the same boat as my 22-250.
So, after a little research, 243 ammo is pretty expensive and not as regularly available as I thought.
So now I'm leaning on keeping the 22-250.
Any thoughts or suggestions? Insight would be helpful here. Thanks!
