Dash...I have a question what about the Canadian born players that are on the regular season rosters of the other teams in the Spengler Cup. Do they get to choose to play for Team Canada or must they play for their respective team? For instance Chris Holt playing for Dynamo Riga.

I'm honestly not sure how the selection process works for the Spengler Cup. Most of the guys playing for Canada in this tourney play for other European teams while there are other Canadians that play for HC Davos or Dynamo Riga as you mentioned.

By the way, HC Davos creamed Team Canada 8-1 today, Canada plays the Wolfsberg Grizzly Adams (I'm not making that up) tomorrow.
