It's is not a career achievement award........ god damn't that kind of thinking cost suh a heisman......

The award is who is the best player this year. Not who's been the best player for the last four. Not the best player on the best team (which is how its usually voted). I think RG3 did more as a single player than anyone else this year. Almost every game he put the team on his back and willed them to at least 5 touchdowns. Whenever Baylor did lose it was never from lack of offense.
