How come no one belittled LSU all those years when the West was weaker than the East is now?

I just simply disagree with that logic. If there is a team that you know is good enough to be in the top 25, then they should be ranked in the top 25.........regardless of their record.

The whole record thing is like some hidden rule we've all been following for ages where everyone actually thinks the way that your record appears should have something to do with how good your team actually is.

If you're 1-2 and your 2 losses are to top 10 teams, it's a little bit different than 2 losses to just any random teams.

SEC East just DESTROYED the ACC this past weekend.

They may not be as strong as the SEC West but it is hard to call them weak when they are better than anything out of the Big Least, ACC, and probably the B1G.

SEC East has 2 good teams and four mediocre teams.
