back in the day, just west of the towers, there was a little shopping center of sorts. on one corner of the lot was an old walk-in ice locker. It was turned into a beer cooler and this guy would sit outside on a stool and sell his wares.

Never really got over to the SW side by the Towers. Most nights were on Campus Corner except weekends when I went up to OKC to go to After the Gold Rush (aka whore palace).

Luckily I never lived in a dorm, told them when I enrolled that I had just spent four years living in Army barracks and there was no way I would live in communal housing again.
