McGee got a grade just over 80 by PFF. He only played 9 games because of injury and injuries are a concern. The Oakland defense gave up a full yard more per rush when McGee was not in the lineup.
As for McClain...

McClain led the interior of the #1 rush defense in tackles. Now I think part of that could be a mirage because of TOW and playing alongside Crawford but he beat out Cedric Thornton, a big named FA, for the starting gig.
As for Foster, I watched enough games and saw him fill the wrong hole enough to not be impressed. I stand by my belief he would not start on another defense in the NFL.
