Great to see. I remember one of the criticisms about him was he had a doughy midsection. Clearly, he's worked on his core... and his calves. He's still got a ways to go, but he's obviously taking this seriously. With near 100 degree temps, they better have gallons of water ready.

Caleb Brantley has opted out for the season. He wasn't going to get any PT unless the Skins get injuries on the DLine. Skins already had great depth at DT.

Bad news - Reuben Foster was put on the PUP list - as was Alex Smith - no surprise. Bryce Love was not - which I take as a sign that he's healthy - but they haven't said anything about him. Could we actually see the Bryce and Guice show for a full season?
