What's funny is never in my life have I ever heard anyone use words like redskin, indian, brave, etc in a derogatory way. Not even the most hateful people I've come across. Someone on ESPN radio said redskin and there was an immediate round of apologies. It's become an epithet, the issue being that I've never heard it used as an epithet.

I still say RedHogs is best. Keep the color scheme, works in the famous Hogs from the 80s/early 90s. Considering you're naming the franchise (partially) after the fans, it makes them feel more part of the franchise.
