I didn't want Quinn but I'm glad we got the HC position filled. The staff hires will be more interesting to me. We all respected Ron but he sucked at his job, so i don't feel respect is enough. However FA and the draft should bring quite a bit of optimism!!

JP Finlay just said Dan has about two years. This on the heels of Keim saying Dan would have to start fast in comparison to a young coordinator, who would have a longer leash.

Also said if Quinn had got a job last year he had planned on bringing Cowboys OC Brian Schottenheimer. McCarthy calls plays, so that would be considered a promotion.
