So by NBCSN math here are the requirements for a rivalry:

Original Six match up
Play in the same division
Play in the same state
Have met in the playoffs in the past decade
Have had more than one game in the past two decades with a goalie fight
Each team has at least one of Pierre's favorite players on it
Have met in the Cup finals in the past 20 years

Am I missing anything?

Glendening. Holtby went behind the net to retrieve the puck as did Glendening, and Holtby tripped over himself going back to the net, and Luke got called for interference even though he never touched Holtby.
