Agreed. Was going to say last night that teams like the Royals have fired like five hitting coaches in two years, other teams go through them rapidly as well. Almost never does anything, but some change is needed

With guaranteed MLB contracts, you can't really fire the hitters. The hitting coach is the next best thing.
