does spiller have anything left? so much wasted talent right there.
IDK, guess we'll see. Just temporary IMO until Prosise gets healthy.

That sounds like they think Prosise isn't ready, because Spiller is just a pass catcher RB.

Nobody is upset by you. More fascinated I think. The ultimate glass half empty guy.
Well, it's definitely clear you're not a fan of Michael. Nothing really for me to be "right" about here -- not making any claims that he's going to be a pro bowler or anything. Just not sure I agree with your assessment that he's a 3.5 ypc guy who is only successful on draw plays. But yes, we'll see I guess.I guess we will just see moving forward with Rawls out I am just not the biggest fan of Michaels I really don't think that highly of him. I hope I am wrong and you are right that would be great for the hawks
I never bought into Rawls as our future back.
Why?
The thing about the RB position is that you can more or less find a new "RB of the future" every year. Continuity at the position is not as critical as it is with some others, and it's not like it takes 3 years to develop a ball carrier. Most of the time, you know if they are good or not fairly soon after you plug them in.
I liked what I saw from Rawls last year, but the injuries are making me feel that he can't or may not hold up to the punishment. In the past I wasn't a fan of CM but he's has stepped up his game, now if he can continue that then I'm good with him.
And outside of a career ender, the worst case this year with Rawls is what -- he doesn't play any kind of significant role and hits the reset button next season? We'll still have Michael, Collins & Prosise, which is a pretty young stable of backs. Rawls will be in just his 3rd year with really low miles. It's not like we'll need to once again use 3 picks at the position in the next draft. This thing with Rawls may even work to our advantage this season. Let him take it easy and get back to 100% while we ride CM as hard as he can go, then we have a fresh Rawls for the back stretch.Rawls might be snake bitten this season with his injuries but I think give him the full off season to recover I think he can be a very good back next year. We all saw what he could do when he took over for Lynch and the o-line was a disaster.
