Ravens / Patriots flexed out of Sunday night game

Replaced by Bears / Eagles. I don't get it. I'm also thoroughly annoyed because this game should have been the season opener and now it's not even prime time.

Meh. I'm pretty interested in both games so I can see both sides. Of course the Ravens/Patriots has more implications for the Broncos, but Eagles/Bears is intriguing on it's own (what can McCoy do to that Bears defense?).

I understand now. CBS has the national game of the week which was scheduled to be Pittsburgh at GB. The NFL needed a more attractive game in that slot.

I'm still disappointed, but at least I get it.

I just love the all-day tailgating that accompanies Sunday night games. It's probably better for me though considering I have to travel the next day.

Boy...the tkt was a waste this year...not because we sucked, but nearly every game has been on local TV here. So far 6 games were not shown here.

It has much more to do with the fact that CBS had to replace the Pit/GB game as the national game of the week.
