I'm just finishing watching Wisconsin on the BTN and I've put together my current list of concerns by rank (based on who we play)......
1) Michigan State - Am I worried about their QB? No, absolutely not. Am I worried about the tank that stands behind the QB? Yes. It is debatable, but Bell may be the best RB in the country as far as I'm concerned. The Spartans' Defense is also outstanding. Playing this game Away creates a great concern for me.
2) Ohio State - They have Braxton Miller. That is basically all I'm worried about. He's better than Denard Robinson, yes I said it.....he is. He sees the field better, he is a more effective runner, and he is becoming a more effective passer. Can't wait to see this weekend how we do against a decent running QB at UCLA. The Buckeyes' Defense is also nothing short of solid.
3) Michigan - First off, look what they did to us last year. Second off, they have Denard Robinson. We don't know yet if we can stop a running QB....again, can't wait until this weekend to see what we can do. They lost some starters, and Alabama showed us all of the weaknesses we need to know to take advantage of that team. We have them in Lincoln........but again, they have Denard Robinson.
4) Northwestern - What is it with these fucktards? They are not that talented, but they sneak up on a guy. We have to travel there this season, and they still have that little cocksucker who can run the football and make opportunities by scrambling. There is no reason why our Offense shouldn't light this team up, but their capabilities Offensively scare me to an extent. I don't want to get into a shootout on the road.
5) Wisconsin - This team has issues. I can't say for certain that leadership is a problem, but it sure seems that way. You can't just keep bringing in Senior QB transfers from half way across the world and hope they fit right in. The way Wisconsin's Defense looked, if Taylor can be anywhere near where he was opening weekend, it won't be a problem. The Badgers' Offensive Line is also NOWHERE near where they were last season. They do have Montee Ball though.
6) Iowa - We have to travel there. They return some starters. That is about the extent of my concerns to be honest. Northern Illinois is not that bad of a team.......but Southern Miss would beat them, yes I will go ahead and say it. I'm still thinking any time you travel to Iowa in November, there is a certain level of concern there. They aren't poorly coached by any means.
7) Minnesota - I had to rank these poor bastards somewhere. Let's be honest, I am not concerned at all with these guys coming to Lincoln. They may be the 1 team that fits the "let's go into Lincoln and fuck shit up unpredictably" mold.........but I don't think it happens. We just have too many veterans on this team to let that shit happen this season.
8) Penn State - Oh my God....
