I'll take thee criticism right now.........I know for a fact this will all level itself out as the season goes on. I tested it out on last season's stats first just to see what it looks like in the end.
Neither team will sniff the top 20 unless they keep winning.
Trust me, this will shape up when conference play comes around.

what is your weighting for stochastic processes? How do you ensure your network of Markov chains is regular/normal ?
