Been a few upsets as of late in the NCAA. Got to think it really will make the tournament interesting.
NCAA College Basketball Polls, College Basketball Rankings, NCAA Basketball Polls - ESPN
Tell me how Virginia is #1 now? Villanova is still 3rd?! Oklahoma is still ranked?! What in the actual fuck?!
-- Virginia: 23-2. Leads ACC by 2 games. Has 8 wins over teams listed in latest Bracketology.
-- MSU: 24-3. Tied for 2nd place in Big Ten. Has 2 wins over teams listed in latest Bracketology.
Michigan State. No doubt. They didn't lose this week. Virginia lost. How do they move up a spot? Michigan State beat the #3 team in the country.Who do you think should be #1?

If you lose a game, you shouldn't move up in the rankings. That makes absolutely no sense, especially when the team ranked behind you won both those games including against a ranked Purdue team. Virginia lost to an unranked team.Yeah, this is why I'm interested in hearing who he thinks should be #1.
Virginia lost and is still #1 in RPI, while MSU is #14. MSU has played an extremely weak SOS. UVA is 4-0 against teams currently in the top 10 RPI. MSU doesn't have a single opponent in the RPI top 10.Virginia: Lost last week to an unranked opponent.
Michigan State: Didn't lose last week and had tougher opponents.

Well, your opinion sucks.Virginia lost to an unranked Virginia Tech team last week while Michigan State was beating a top 3 team. If you are #2 and you lose a game to an unranked opponent, you don't move up to #1. Sorry, but that's my opinion.
Likewise.Well, your opinion sucks.
No, numnuts, you just can't accept the fact that the voters don't look at individual games, they look at the body of work. How exactly am I being a homer? There are Notre Dame and Villanova fans on this very board that agree with me.Likewise.
Edit: As scrolling back up, I saw that you're a homer. Makes sense why you're so sensitive to my opinion haha.

Man, you really are clueless.Oh shit....You're the guy who flips out over stupid, petty shit. Did you notice the "haha" at the end of my sentence? It was a joke. Jesus fucking christ.
You need to learn how to take a joke and stop taking things so seriously. Lighten up dude.Man, you really are clueless.
You need to not get so upset because the cbb rankings didn't go like you wanted. You need to learn how to take a joke and stop taking things so seriously. Lighten up dude.

This logic is horrible. We should make Michigan State #1, despite Virginia having a much better resume? The season is longer than one week.
I don't care that your UVa team has 5 more top 50 wins than Michigan State. I don't care that UVa actually leads their conference, while Michigan State doesn't. You're just a homer trying to prop your team up at the expense of the rightful #1 team, Michigan State! The rankings should just be based on one week, not the entire season. You're just a homer, @jeffro151!
