Ha I thought this was funny although we do feed the birds

I have 3 hummingbird feeders around the house and when we have 2 or more pairs it's fun to sit on the deck and watch their antics. Also gotta be careful when you walk around the corner of the house they like to chase each other at about head height

My uncle has 8 squirrels that he feeds daily and he has them all named and somehow can tell them all apart. If he doesn't go out to feed them by a certain time they will come into the garage looking for him. View attachment 306075

A couple years ago we had this baby bird hanging around the back yard for awhile as you can see the wife fed it cracked corn, and it even landed on my shoulder once.

And no the dog didn't eat it but she was very interested...

And yes the deck has been worked on and looks much better now, no more crappy peeling solid color stain only a good oil base

We have had some possum and armadillo visitors which fascinate my young grandkids
