I’m not worried. Our team is dismal. We don’t have lance Lynn pitching any of those games and the Astros still need wins.

Yeah and I agree. Just did not want him hitting HR's and winning the game costing a draft pick.

JD needs to give up on this experiment. It’s already ruined several good rangers pitchers.

He was actually a starter all the way up through the minors. What JD needs to give up is converting starters to relievers until it is evident that they cannot start in the big leagues. The going back and forth is what may very well be ruining them. Now, if they want to give a guy a taste of the big leagues by letting him pitch in relief briefly at the end of a season and then put him back in the rotation the following season, then that is fine.

I was keeping an eye on the box score from the Pirates game and noticed the Pirates pitcher had a no hitter through 5 innings. They had to take him out after the 5th because even though he didn't give up a hit, he gave up 8 walks. Lol
