My soon to be wife and I just had a "discussion" about too much prep. She thinks we way overthink this stuff.
She's playing, for her first time ever, in our money league. I know damned good and well she's gonna go in unprepped, and then proceed to win the f'n thing. ..that's the way virgins go. But when they try it the next year they fail miserably. Going in unprepared can be forgiven by the fantasy gods once, after that they punish you. ..hard

Well, they did say worst mistakes on draft day. Last-minute prep is almost always a bad idea.

No way it was due to talent level. He was owed 2.3 mill. I'm sure he would have taken a cut, apparently they didn't ask. And locker room/off the field, this guy is God in Buffalo. This will not go over well with fans. Shady better have 2000+ total yards.
