@obxyankeefan , ouch! Perine over Cook
This is why I always trade my 1stsTook Josh Doctson with my first pick either the year before or after. I will never take another Washington player first.

Man, that 1 kid gets drilled in the head with the throw.
My eldest son just finished his 1st season of tee-ball last month... And I can confirm, what you see in that video is pretty damn accurate... A bunch of 4-5yr olds running around while the coaches herd them like cats. Maybe not quite as bad as that video, but there are always at least 3-4 kids out of the bunch that simply do not take coaching very well and are chasing butterflies en sechwhen I ask my friends about their kid's baseball games, and they describe how it came down to the last inning or something, I imagine its more like this clip vs the suspense filled sports moment they spin

I foresee a lil' smokingmonkey star HS WR or scat back..just becausewe're going to try the "limited options" approach to start and let the kids figure out what they like/want to do, but will be actively steering them towards tennis, golf, soccer, basketball, and volleyball in the hopes that one of those sports will stick.
Good call. We started our boys both with soccer, just as a way to have fun, exercise & socialize. Not really about the sport itself at all. Then I spent a lot of time playing various sports in our backyard with both my boys during the pandemic. Luckily we have a 1/4 acre with plenty of grass to play most anything. He really latched onto baseball & basketball. And recently he saw a neighbor playing lacrosse so naturally he wants to try that now lol. I'm trying my best to steer him elsewhere. Eventually I'd love to get him into golf, but I fear he may be a little too hard on himself for that sport.we're going to try the "limited options" approach to start and let the kids figure out what they like/want to do, but will be actively steering them towards tennis, golf, soccer, basketball, and volleyball in the hopes that one of those sports will stick.
