The LA Rams will be the NFC #3 seed and host the #6 seed Wild Card weekend (WAS or GB) with:
1) LAR win/tie vs SEA ** OR **
2) TB loss/tie vs NO
...otherwise they will be the #4 seed and host DET/MIN loser on Wild Card weekend.
not gonna lie all four of those teams are hot lately

The Rams are the First team in NFL History to go back-to-back seasons starting 3 games below .500 and then making the playoffs. Also, despite all of the remaining variables, the Rams WILL HOST a playoff game during Wild Card weekend. It is just a matter of who the opponent will be. That is for sure.

Yeah I don’t get it. The fire sale is about 2-3 years overdue

If they're fine with fighting for a low seed or play in slot, that's fine most years. This year it would cost them their first rounder so there's more urgency to shed players that wouldn't be in their long-term plan. Tough to really tear down to the studs with LaVine's contract so difficult to move. It's too bad, if it was a little more reasonable or shorter he would be a desirable target with the way he's playing.

I would be happy to offer a second and salary for Carter and Craig to help them along lol. Ball is intriguing, but I'm uneasy about his health without some more games under his belt. Maybe he gets moved closer to the deadline.
