Goff is on pace to becoming the QB we traded the farm for back a few years. Coaching does matter and has been the difference in Goff's trajectory of development. Snead should be given the credit for recognizing the potential because we all know that if Goff would have continued under Fisher or his staff's tutelege, the disaster Goff exhibited his first year under Fisher would have gotten worse and the Rams would have traded yet another player that came to the Rams to have his career destroyed.
