Well crap. If we really don't know what the hell is going on with the real reason for holding him out in those two games being that McVay wants to reserve the right to go pass happy every flippin' game, than Gurley should get a hold of some news dude and have him spring this story and get it out there which isn't going to happen because that is not who Gurley is.

McVay has to learn that in the NFL, running the ball and good-to-great defenses as foundations wins championships. Our running game was getting bad in the Championship game and it died in the snooperbowl because McVay was out-coached and didn't prepare appropriately for Wizard-cheat.

With all that being stated, maybe genius boy will get his head out of his ass and learn the Jumbo offense and teach his offense such preparing them for the next Chicago and New England this coming year.

Awesome move.

WES PHILLIPS, TIGHT ENDS

"Wes Phillips is a guy that I’ve worked with. Excellent tight ends coach, has a big-picture understanding of what we’re trying to get done offensively. And he fits right in the mold of what we’re looking for with great teachers that lead, inspire, and, really, are great communicators on a daily basis. And he’s going to be outstanding for us."

McVay shares what he likes about each of the Rams’ new assistant coaches

Yep, Sullivan is done. He got owned in the snooperbowl and his career is coming to a close. I see Allen moving to center or Blythe and a new guard like Leary filling in or perhaps Leary takes Saffold spot and another guard fills Blythe's spot. IDK if that is a good set of moves because Blythe got owned in the snooperbowl as well.

They really should move Barron and garner the savings. There are so many LBs in this draft that we could easily take care of that vacancy. Even SJ76's suggestion of moving Kiser into Barron's spot is a good one.

Rams could grab a LT or center, DT if they like one. Especially if we sign Fowler

Who knows with McVay and Snead

If we all figured Barron would be cut weeks ago, which we had talked about, how much of a shock is it?

Good, bring in a LB that's a true LB with tackling, block shedding abilities....clearly something that Barron lacked. Littleton sucks against the run too but unfortunately we have to keep him since he's decent in defending the pass.

It's looking more than likely that Kiser will replace Barron and Brian Allen will replace Sullivan as starters.

I'm curious as to whom will become our true NT... Suh was decent but he's not a true NT--I hate seeing guys play out of their position. He's a free agent but at 32, i don't see the rams paying another 14 mil to him to keep him around. I'm hoping that guy from Clemson falls to us on the DL.

I'd also say no to Jamie Collins... another LB that doesn't fit the 3-4 scheme as he's a 4-3 LB.
