Hazard's Huddle: Is Bacarri Rambo a Lost Cause? (Part 1) - Hogs Haven

here is a look at his tackling at his best and i said best . i think he has potential and isnt quite the eyesore he is made out to be

the author will go over some other games and we will see the bad

Good point, thanks for posting. Just like some who have to adjust to the speed of the game, there are others who have to adjust/ refine their tackling skills. Way too early to give up on this young man.

That's been my point the whole time...he was a sixth round draft pick...he's not a pro-bowler in year one. He improved as the season went on and that is key.

I believe another offseason learning will help him greatly this season

I am not giving up in the guy yet, but he looked like he didn't deserve to be on the practice squad at times. I was pretty excited to pick him whew we did, but very very disappointed in his performance. He is on a cheap rookie contract, so I guess he gets a coupla more years to show he belongs.

He was way in over his head last year. But that doesn't mean with proper coaching he can't be productive. He has the physical attributes you look for. He just needs to develop those attributes.

i thought his tackling improved a shit ton from the start of the season to the end of the season. it was very noticeable for me. im definitely not giving up on him. his covering skills are solid, but no one has ever mentioned that, ever. improve the front 7, get a ss that can hit and maybe we wont see rambo whiffing on open field tackles so much.

I might be biased because I saw him play at UGA more than anyone on this board. I will still say that Bacarri Rambo is going to be a good player. Yes! He did look a little lost in run-support, prior to getting benched. However, he was improving. In pass coverage--what he does best--I can't remember him giving up any big plays. In year two, I expect a much improved player in all aspects of his game.
