This may be the last year with the division in this configuration if one or both of these teams move to LA.
That's what I call a shame.

That is a shame. There are rivalries within that division that made Thursday night's game a great one even though both teams were out of the playoff picture. I hate L.A. and everything associated with that city and if the Chargers go up to that pit, I don't know who I'll start pulling for. The Spanos family is an evil entity that must face the wrath of God and his warrior angels when they make it to the Pearly Gates. This may be the last year with the division in this configuration if one or both of these teams move to LA.

That's a great story. I would imagine your share nowadays would be quite nice.Ps. and I thought I was old MingoI feel for the fans in St. Louis, but the Rams back to LA makes the most sense to me.
- I also want to second - CD's thought - about the ownership situation.
The Broncos were awful the first few years of the franchise (but quirky - like the Brooklyn Dodgers) - the ownership was threadbare. In a plan to save the Broncos and keep them in Denver - they actually went and sold shares door to door. I bought 20 shares at $5 each in 1962. I sold them at $50 dollars a share after the merger with the NFL got into place = like 1969. I'd sure like to know what my investment in the Broncos would come to today if I still owned the shares.

"When I'm Sixty Four"
When I get older losing my hair
Many years from now
Will you still be sending me a valentine
Birthday greetings, bottle of wine?
If I'd been out till quarter to three
Would you lock the door?
Will you still need me, will you still feed me
When I'm sixty-four?
Actually the Broncos have the most wins in the NFL of any franchise since Bowlen became owner. We passed the 9ers this year.It is truly incredible just how much an owner makes a difference. Thankfully for us Bronco fans we have had one of the best. The Broncos have been to more Super Bowls than losing seasons since Bowlen took over this team. I think we are top-3 in wins among all NFL teams in that same span. I do feel for those teams that have such bad ownership. Probably none worse than that of the Browns. AT least you can say that in your team is not the Browns.
