This is my problem. If we hire a black GM or black Coach or a black water boy, I don't care. I want the best person for each.

The entire article goes back to integration and stays there...more than 50 years ago. The Rooney Rule is a total joke and that is the only thing they can bring up truthfully over the last 20 years. Shanahan was Snyder's choice before all interviews, including those of whites. Snyder had to adhere to a stupid rule which wouldn't affect anything. This is why ESPN is going to shit.
