Ok, I did find the squabble....

It was on popeyes thread over at the water cooler (sports general board) about his little girls first car, starting around page 4....

I am going to assume (at least hope) RA was drunk and thus overly sensitive to an obvious joke. Honestly, I didn't directly "get" the joke because I'm getting to be an older fuck now and I've never been much of a south park fan, but I assumed something like south park as the source and later it was explained that it was from south park.

Ok, so maybe it was a poor joke especially if you didn't know the context, but it was from irule for crying out loud......not one of our most vicious, mean spirited posters, or anything....

RA, I think a simple pm to him saying you didn't find his comment appropriate would of been a much better course of action.....I think he would of likely immediately apologized and likely edited his post because his original post (in my opinion) was never intended as a personal attack on your kids that you took it as.

Then, your behavior (which I'm chalking up to you hopefully being drunk and over-reacting) was to act just like you were accusing irule of. You were being malicious and vindictive in your comments towards him trying to provoke him to a state of anger equal to what you were in.

Irule apologized for making an inappropriate joke and I think RA owes irule an apology as well, but that's just my silly little opinion on the whole matter.

Oh, one other thing RA, what's with throwing Husker Nation under the bus because you take offense to a college kid making a south park reference joke???
