R.I.P. San Diego Chargers

It saddens me to see San Diego lose their team. One of my favorite cities I have ever visited... I hate when NFL teams move, especially when one city ends up with two teams and the other kicked to the curb. I read where the New LA team will also change their team name and team colors.

RIP San Diego Chargers.

Maybe one day they will return like the Cleveland Browns and New Orleans Hornets.

Which makes me bring up another thing I wish... I wish the Texans would go back to the Houston Oilers.

Right, but we aren't happy they're leaving... I wanted to see them stay in San Diego. I loved the fact that San Diego had an NFL team, now they are only down to a MLB team. At least they have that.

I just hate having to remember that they are in a new city. I still call the Rams the St. Louis Rams. LA Rams just doesn't sound quite right yet. So now having to get used to say LA Chargers and possibly LV Raiders. Too much change for my liking.

Also I'm with you Scott on San Diego being such a great place to visit. Hurt the home field advantage of the Chargers because visiting fans loved to travel to that game. Crazy to me that one of my favorite places to visit in San Diego can be so close to one of my least favorite in LA.

Again, The Rams were in LA when I was growing up and I even remember them as the Cleveland Rams.

Actually it sounds like you may have to get use to an entire new team mascot and team colors as well.

Well this stinks. I don't handle change well. Maybe I'll just go sit in their stadium some Sunday and listen to the game on my phone because I refuse to acknowledge them as anything but the San Diego Chargers.
