Got two laps in and it is starting to rain again. I don't think this race is going to get finished today.

Back to racin' and the pop-up storms appear to be done for awhile. Harvick leads. My boy Almirola is 13th.

Green-flag pit stops cycling through and Logano and Hamlin still have to stop. Freakin Danica is fourth because she has not stopped yet.

Logano went a lap too far. He's out of fuel or very close. Danica now leads because she pitted out of sequence.

With Danica pitting, Harvick leads at the halfway point.

Race under a rain delay. They should go to windshield wipers and rain tires like the X-finity series. I just got done watching the IndyCar series race in Toronto. The race was run a lot in the rain because they have the rain tires on. Not this series.

NASCAR called the race and Kurt Busch wins it.

Well rain shortened win is a win. Good job Kurt, If Larsen could have made 3-4 more laps could have got his first win.
Got the pool set up have 5 hoses going in it trying to fill it, maybe after i get done mowing the lawns i can take a cold dip.

Yeah, but that's a street circuit ie flat. Rain tires are really hard to make for a high banked oval. Plus, NASCAR only used the rain tires in the lower series on the road courses.

I think we all know the real problem. They just aren't running fast enough to keep the vortex going to push the rain clouds away from the tracks. Just listen to DW people! SCIENCE!
