Question on the CBA.

I'm pretty versed in most NHL rules including the CBA, but I do have one question maybe somebody here could answer.

Are all Qualifying offers sent to RFAs 1 year deals or can a Qualifying offer be for more?

Thanks to whoever answers. Also, please provide a link to the part of the CBA that covers this if you know where it is.

Yes, it's a one year SPC. Article 10.2; section B; subsection ii

In order to receive Right of First Refusal or Draft Choice Compensation (Prior Clubs Option) with respect to an RFA, the Prior Club of the RFA must tender to the player, no later than 5:00PM New York time on the later of June 25th or the 1st Monday after the Entry Draft of the final year of the players SPC, a "Qualifying Offer", which shall be an offer of an SPC, for one League Year,...
