With the way he was walking, it reminds me of when I sustained a serious concussion last year. I was all wobbly, couldn't walk at all.....people had to carry me to the couch where I laid for about 3 days.

The play looked 90% for sure it was a shoulder injury. It did not appear that his head had hit the ground hard enough to be a concussion.
