PS Vita vs 3DS

Looking to upgrade my DS and I'm trying to decide on the Vita or 3DS. Has anyone tried both? Is there a clear winner? I like RPG's, so I'm guessing whichever has the better library will be what I go for (3DS has a big leg up here since you can play previous DS games on it.)

I've tried both, and I'm in the same boat as you; I tend to favor RPG / strategy type of games due to their replay value and longevity. Even though there's a bigger library of RPGs currently and slated for the 3DS, I tend to favor the Vita having played both systems. The Vita has a bigger upside in my opinion and the graphics on the games are amazing. As far as RPGs, not a whole lot for the Vita, but there's some good ones in the works:

Final Fantasy X HD
Phantasy Star Online 2 (Currently on beta)
Persona 4: The Golden
Ragnarok Odyssey.
