Actually signing Hankins won't effect the Skins' comps b/c Hankins was cut. However, signing Logan is a qualifying FA that would cancel out one of the Skins' FA losses.

In terms of comp picks, Ya'll got a little screwed when the Grant's contract with the Ravens was canceled. It went from being a 4yr deal at 7M/year to a 1 year deal for 5M.
