Another player who flying up the boards is DeVonte Holloman. He wasn't even ranked in January and now he's ranked 95th overall. I like him and had him in the 5th Round in my first mock but he's now worth a 3rd Round pick. Now I'll admit thats a little schetchy!

Holloman has some fans among the Internet draft community.

Who belongs to the 'internet draft community?'

Is it a shadowy organization that you need to be invited to join? Or can you join by calling people morons or question their sexuality if they believe a 5th round prospect might be selected in the 4th?

Comeon Vance, you know the first rule of the "Internet draft community", is that you don't talk about the Internet draft community! I'm telling the Grand Leader on you!

Mentioning the Internet draft community is bad enough, mentioning the Grand Leader is on a whole other level. For this you have to be Skip Bayless's lackey for a year.

Which Skill Positions Players Showed Best in Combine Player Workouts?

Much like Tyler Wilson, Knile Davis' senior year was hijacked by an errant motorcycle and an even more errant coach. But Davis was able to put a lot of that behind him at the combine.

Davis tore through the 40-yard dash and posted an impressive 4.37.

However, his performance shouldn't just be remembered solely for a solid sprint.

He also pushed 225 pounds from his chest an absurd 31 times. For comparison purposes, that's one better than defensive tackles Jesse Williams and John Jenkins.

General managers are still going to wonder about his ankles. But Davis just forced them to remember his talent.

The player I'm interested in watching today at the Combine is safety Shamarko Thomas. I want to see him in the drills and see how fluid he is. He's another player that rise up the board if he performs well today.

He did a face plant at the end of his 1st 40. Pass.

David Amerson, who had seen his stock slip a little recently, may be on the rise again after just running a 4.38.

Just another reason I don't want to draft him. May drop him into the 2nd round.

OMG are you freakin' serious?! You swore up and down he wouldn't get past Tampa at #13 now you're saying he's a 2nd Round pick. You are a complete joke!

That was before he was slow, and the other 1st rounders showed their speed. Rhodes jumped him, Trufant jumped him. Hell Jamar Taylor and Darius Slay may have jumped him too.

You have to be flexible with your rankings. Something you obviously don't understand. Now he has a chance to be like Joe Haden and make up for it at his pro day but with his crappy day and the good day of others it dropped him.

Fluidity, learn about it and maybe you will know scouting works.

I wasn't sold he was a CB because of his size, but he really seems to have the speed to play there.

Tubbs yesterday --- "40 times mean absolutely nothing."

Tubbs today --- "40 times dropped a guy into the 2nd round."

It wasn't just his 40 time. But I guess I should have been more in depth. 4.8 isn't a terrible 40 time for that position so it means nothing. 4.6 is really bad for a CB so it shows he may not be able to keep up with WR's. I didn't know I had to go so in depth in something so simple.
