Proposal: Get rid of pick-off move

Make left handed pitchers get off the rubber before throwing to first base. Make all pitchers get off the rubber before throwing to a base.

I see no problems with instituting this change.

If the current rules disallowed throwing to bases without getting off the rubber, and someone argued to allow it, you'd be reacting with the same dumb assery. You're just a status quo junkie. Weak. No actual on-point remarks to the subject matter.
