Edwards is the one I have an issue losing. IMO it was way way too much to give up for Garza. But, we were in a spot of need and Cubs got one over on us.

I'mjust tired of trading with the Cubs. Their pitchers are shit when they get here, so stop dealing for em.

Yeah, it was... especially given what we gave up for Dempster the year before. Both were pitching around the same level when the trade took place and both performed about the same when they got here. I haven't looked at the numbers but Dempster might have actually been better.

Yeah but everyone knew Dumpster was smoke and mirrors, there was actually meat and teeth to Garza's season, plus he was younger in case they decided to re-sign him which was a real possibility

So comparing what each pitcher fetched it not a good comparison
