I mean...elimination games will most likely come in any series. I understand losing to a rival sucks more, but heck, after last year I think I'd rather lose to a team I respect (sans Hartnell) than the fracking Habs.

Tell me about it. I have the misfortune of having moved into the Philly area as a Pens' fan and now despite choosing to use Center Ice to watch the Pens - local blackout rules force me to watch Jackson / Clement / Jones / Coates for every matchup that isn't nationally televised. Mind you, if I were a Flyer fan, these guys are pretty decent as far as not diving too deeply into homerism... but as a rival game it's just painful.

If I could sync up a Pittsburgh radio broadcast to the game, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

I thought Coatsey would KILL a Pens fan. I like them, and I know the shit you have on FSN.

I am not a huge fan of Lange D) but he just seems like a Penguins favorite. I guess you gotta be a Pens fan to enjoy him.

Really? This is like rolled up all over again.

We played 3 times in October. That was eons ago and both teams are different now. In Oct you beat us 3-2, we beat you 5-1, you beat us 3-2. Then, December 14th you won 3-2, then the shootout of last week and tonight. Sure, you win the series, but I wouldn't call it dominant. The best game of them all was the 3-2 'streak ender' by far though.
