As games go this one is more significant than any previous one in the J. Gruden era. Primarily bolstered by increasing calls for his job, he insists that he's unconcerned about that, as he prepares his team in hope of their first victory after an 0-3 start.
After showing some spark early in their opener his team has taken a marked nosedive and looks lost almost everywhere as individual battles are consistently lost and coaching decisions provide more questions than answers.
The Giants will be debuting Daniel Jones at home for the first time and are certain to be motivated by facing a seemingly inferior opponent, and a desire to once more prove that selecting him with the six overall pick was a stroke of genius.
However, the NFL can be a very strange place, where what's riding high one week is often down the next, and vice-versa. I know that it's not easy betting on a team that's 0-3 but at some point Washington will break into the win column and this week's opponent seems like a pretty good place and team to get one
Our boys are underdogs by 3 points and I believe that they win this one 17-14.
As usual, we ask for your predictions related to:
1. Who wins this game?
2. Final score?
3. Player(s) of the game?
4. Memorial moment, event or play, that will have everyone talking on Monday morning?
