Davis was the reason. One he was just out of touch with reality those last few years and two no coach worth a crap wanted to go there and deal with him.
The same thing is starting in Dallas. JJ has become the new Al, and they are not going to get a coach to stick around with him undermining all coaching authority and constant meddling.
