Pass. His metrics are trending downward, and he plays next to the better safety of the two: Earl Thomas. Case in point:
Chancellor hasn't played a full season since 2013, the amount of tackles he has made has declined since 2012, he was a second team all pro behind Eric Weddle in 2014 (the last time he was an all pro), and a second team all pro behind Eric Weddle the year before that, and Eric Weddle is a free agent that can be signed cheaply (older), and won't cost a draft pick.
Add all of that on top of the fact that as Fordman said, he's probably going to want a new contract, and I'd pass on trading a second rounder to Seattle for him.
