I don't think that has much to do with anything, Polk runs tougher IMO.

Tucker is a scrub. Polk is a true power back with hands who can also catch passes and be great counterpoint to Shady. The only thing standing between Polk and greatness is his injury history. If he can stay healthy, sky is the limit for him.

Good stories coming out this week on Polk btw. He learned to run hard from...his mom, who would put on pads and tackle his ass as a kid to toughen him up.

“She put on my older brothers’ pads and there’s this little football drill you do when you’re little and you both lay down, one of them has the ball, and you get up and you try to tackle,” Polk told the 94WIP Morning Show. “And so one day, like every week we would do this, and she would kill me. I mean, kill me—flatten me on my back.”

There is no 212 pound power back. Tucker would be much better in that role at 235.

222 was this summer before camp, down to 212 now. And yes, the weight/size does matter. Anyone who ever played anywhere will agree.

Havili sucked. Irrelevant. Tucker was a stud whenever he got a chance.
