An Early Look at the Projected Standings | FanGraphs Baseball

ZiPS had 5 of the 6 division winners correct, missing on the AL West (Astros).
When I see someone correctly guess about where the Cardinals will line up after the year they just had then it makes me think they have no clue. Not sure anyone would have pegged them with 10 more road wins than home wins, their pitching losing 12+ WAR, 4th in MLB in run scored, etc. Its like they probably missed entirely on 2 divergent trends but somehow ended up with the same result.

Likewise I'm sure any metric talking about the Rangers is probably wrong. Their run differential and record and strength of schedule aren't things any sane person would predict.
