Playoff Tiebreaker 49ers and Seahawks

If you were wondering if both the Seahawks and 49ers win the rest of their games with the 49ers beating the Seahawks at the Stick in December.

It would go all the way down to the 5th tiebreaker which the 49ers would be declared the winner of the West because of strength of schedule.

A long way to go but it is food for thought.

I don't even sweat tiebreakers until Week 15. Like last year when I got really interested in the Packers losing so that the 49ers could get that 2nd place seed.

Ha! Ok, Ok. I'm interested in them losing every week! A lot of you original Hooplas know how much I hate the Packers, even though that hatred seems irrational to your eyes.

How about this? I became more interested in them losing so that the 49ers could get the 2nd seed.

Yep. If the Niners beat Seattle & they both win the same amount of games, the Niners will likely win the west because Green Bay + Washington (the Niners' opponents) has a better record than NYG + Minnesotta (the Seahawks' opponents).

I meant to say that you were at your maximum every week and thus could not increase your interest.
