So if it was another teams player that took 5 steps before dunking against the lakers in the playoffs which won the series 4-3 with 2 seconds left and the score 105-105 to make it 107-105 and they didn't call the travel you wouldn't blame the ref??

Because blaming refs for losses is skinny jeans level lame. Refs do not cost teams games. There are always multiple mistakes and poorly executed possessions throughout any game that have much more to do with why a team loses than any calls by the refs.
I would agree with you in general but not in this particular instance.

I believe he would.

No. The Lakers should have played better prior to that so that it didn't come down to that. I can guarantee that there would be plenty of easy shots missed, at least a couple of missed free throws and a few defensive breakdowns that had a lot more to do with why they lost.

Blaming the refs is what fans of the losing team do to make themselves feel better by taking credit from the team that won, rather than just accepting that they got beat. That's why it's skinny jeans level lame.

Unless the Bucks missed zero easy shots, shot 100% from the free throw line, had zero turnovers and zero defensive breakdowns, the refs didn't cost them a game.

I swear Stephen A Smith brings nothing to the table when giving analysis. he just spent an entire segment on how the bulls losing game 4 was huge because it puts too much strain on rose's body. c'mon man. the team looks like shit. the more minutes they get the better before they face the cavs.

Exactly and a week off is never good.

The Heat almost always struggled in game 1 of round after having a week off between games while their opponent only had 2 or 3 days off. Beat Milwaukee on Tuesday and hopefully the series would start on Saturday

Depends on how banged up a team is. In the case of the Cavs, I agree, not a good thing.
Right as I posted that I watched Kevin Love's shoulder pop out and him run off the court (I'm 30 minutes behind on DVR). Crap.

Yeah Miami almost always struggled or even got defeated in the first game of the 2nd round due to their extended break. The only good 2nd round game 1 they played was 2011 vs Boston and last year vs Brooklyn. Indiana and Chicago beat them in 2012 & 2013

Yep. The Bulls are just now healthy and are still figuring out getting everyone on the same page. The Bucks are actually a very good opening round opponent for them. Not a threat to win the series, but strong enough defensively to challenge the Bulls and force them to work hard on offense. That should pay dividends in the later rounds.

Good luck against the Cavs. The Bulls don't look like a team that can win the East.

Just here to say I hope the Bulls are able to get out of this round safe and healthy. Cavs Bulls is going to be an awesome series. :D

I won't complain if the Bucks manage another game or two, though :-)

To be honest Cavs and Atlanta don't look great either. To be Fair Wash looks like the hottest team right now in the East

Its the Craptors, anyone would look amazing against them.

The Craptors and Blazers (due to injuries of course) were a waste of time. I wouldve rather seen the Pacers and Jazz/OKC in the playoffs.

Plus the Cavs lost Love for at least two weeks.

Game one wont be until may 2nd at the earliest, so 1 week is gonna be gone before the series starts.

Pretty much blows, the ECF will actually be the next series as long as the bulls advance. The actual finals probably wont compare.
